4. Data Retention
We retain lead data for 24 months from the date of collection, after which it is permanently deleted. Client account data is retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 12 months.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted data storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Twilio — SMS message delivery
- SendGrid — Email delivery
- Railway — Cloud infrastructure and database hosting
- Stripe — Payment processing
Each third party has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
7. Opt-Out of Communications
Recipients of automated messages can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Opt-out requests are processed immediately.
