Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JobClosed platform and services operated by JobClosed LLC ("JobClosed," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

JobClosed provides automated lead reactivation and follow-up services for home service contractors, including SMS and email outreach, performance dashboards, and CRM tools.

Services are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all lead and customer data you provide to JobClosed. We process this data solely to provide our services to you. Upon termination, your data will be exported and deleted within 30 days upon request.

5. Limitation of Liability

JobClosed is not liable for: missed bookings, undelivered messages due to carrier filtering, opt-outs, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 30 days.

6. TCPA Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have obtained proper written consent from contacts before sending automated SMS messages. JobClosed provides the technology platform only and is not responsible for your compliance with TCPA or other telecommunications laws.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in Orange County, California.
